Order & shipping

What are the delivery times?
Your order is prepared within 1 to 2 business days, then delivered in 3 to 7 business days. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as it ships.

Is shipping free?
Yes, shipping is free on orders of $100 or more. Below that, a flat fee of $5.90 applies.

Returns & refunds

Can I return an item?
Yes, you have 60 days after delivery to return a complete, reusable product. Refunds are issued within 5 to 10 business days of receiving the return.

Using the devices

How often should I use LUMÉA devices?
For most of our devices, 3 to 5 sessions per week are recommended. Refer to the guide included with each product.

Are the sessions painful?
No. Our devices emit gentle light with no harsh contact. These are cosmetic comfort treatments and are not a substitute for medical advice.

How long until I see results?
Most users notice an improvement in the look of their skin after a few weeks of regular use.
