3. Cosmetic Use and Health Disclaimer LUMÉA devices are consumer cosmetic and wellness products intended for general at-home use. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Our content is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant or nursing, have epilepsy or a history of seizures, are photosensitive, are taking photosensitizing medication, have any skin condition, or have any concern about whether the product is suitable for you. Do not look directly into the LED lights and always follow the instructions included with your device. You use our products at your own risk and are solely responsible for using them safely and as directed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LUMÉA is not liable for any injury, harm, or adverse reaction resulting from misuse or use contrary to the provided instructions.
4. Orders When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. LUMÉA reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, at our discretion. Your order is only accepted once we confirm it. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we may be unable to accept cancellation requests once an order is confirmed. You represent that your purchases are for personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.
5. Prices and Billing Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed, as stated in your order confirmation email. Unless expressly stated otherwise, displayed prices do not include taxes, shipping, duties, or import fees. 10. Relationship with Shopify LUMÉA is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sale or purchase you make is directly with LUMÉA. You acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sales between you and LUMÉA, including any damage, harm, or loss arising from products or services purchased. You hereby release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchase and transaction with LUMÉA.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. Limitation of Liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LUMÉA, NOR OUR PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, OR SUPPLIERS, NOR THOSE OF SHOPIFY, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, SAVINGS, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCT OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
